REFUND POLICY

At RealEstateLabs, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients in the real estate sector. We understand that purchasing or investing in property is a significant decision, and we are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for services rendered through our website, http://realestatelabs.in.

1. GENERAL REFUND GUIDELINES

As a specialized real estate platform, RealEstateLabs offers services including property listings, data analytics, consultations, and transaction assistance. Due to the professional nature of these services, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been rendered or a transaction agreement has been finalized. However, we assess unique refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

Once a property has been successfully booked, reserved, or purchased through our facilitation, we do not offer refunds. These transactions are legally binding between the buyer and the property owner/developer. We strongly advise all users to perform due diligence and review all legal terms before proceeding with any payment.

3. CONSULTATION AND SERVICE FEES

If you have paid a fee for specialized consultations or advisory services, refunds may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon service or advisory session was not provided by our team.

  • Timely Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled consultation or service at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

 

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at info@realestatelabs.in with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • The specific service or transaction ID.

  • A detailed explanation for the refund request.

  • Supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipts or communication logs).

All requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used.

5. FACILITATION DISCLAIMER

Please note that RealEstateLabs acts as a facilitator or intermediary. Any disputes regarding the physical condition of a property, construction delays, or developer-related issues must be addressed directly with the property developer or seller. RealEstateLabs is not liable for refunds on behalf of third-party sellers.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND ERRORS

We allow for service modifications if requested at least 24 hours in advance. RealEstateLabs reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in the event of clear internal errors, such as accidental duplicate billing or technical failures to provide access to paid digital content.

7. EXCEPTIONS

Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of RealEstateLabs management and do not set a precedent for future transactions.
